The Solution

Just think undertook a review of each offices activities/results and were able to prepare a report with some outline suggestions.

We also profiled the carer data base to help with future targeting as well as outlining the major referring authorities.

The Result

We began marketing the fostering services in a much more cohesive way and introduced quarterly reviews at office level to ensure everyone’s needs were still being addressed while the group was also achieving it’s objectives.
